Chicken on the Weber

Hi everyone, did 2 butterflied half chickens on the Weber, yummy but left it a little longer than 1 hour and was a little dried out other than the thickest part which was the drumsticks so lesson learnt was to take all of it off and cut the bits that need more time and return them to the weber. I also heated some rolls just before serving, great impact!
